This Privacy Policy ("the Policy") applies to VIDAFY Inc. and its affiliated entities ("VIDAFY"), in all the countries where VIDAFY conducts business. It applies to all information that VIDAFY collects through its online sites and mobile applications (the "Sites") where this Privacy Policy is posted. It also applies to information that VIDAFY collects through offline methods. Unless otherwise stated, this Policy does not apply to the collection or use of information by a VIDAFY Entrepreneur that he or she obtains directly from you or from sources other than VIDAFY, unless such information is shared with VIDAFY and VIDAFY retains the information.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the types of information we may collect, how such information will be used, with whom that information may be shared, your choices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of such information, your ability to access and correct such information, and the security procedures we use to protect this information.

1. What information does VIDAFY collect? Information you provide Directly to us. In different situations, you may directly provide VIDAFY with certain types of "Personal Information" such as first and last name, email address, telephone number, email address, credit card and banking information. For example, you may provide us with such information when you use our Sites or when you become a VIDAFY Entrepreneur. In some cases, if you do not provide us with the requested information, we will not be able to provide you with the service you have requested. If you disclose someone else's Information to us, you must ensure that you have that person's appropriate consent to disclose that information.

Information about your device and use of the Sites We may collect certain information automatically, such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, dates/times, your experience of the Sites (including the content of the Sites you view, your mouse movements and clicks, and the information you view), or clickstream data for purposes such as analyzing trends, administering the Sites, improving the function and content of the Sites, and executing our Terms. To collect this information, we use standard Internet technologies, such as cookies, beacons, session replay, screenshot, and similar technologies, as explained below in the cookies section. We may also collect accurate information about your location, such as the GPS coordinates of your mobile device, information from telecommunications towers or signals from wireless networks. We may use this information to personalize your experience of the Sites or other VIDAFY products and services. Third Party Information We may receive additional information about you from publicly and commercially available sources, and from other third parties. Entrepreneurs may also share information about you with VIDAFY. If you access third-party services, such as Facebook, Google, or Twitter through the Sites, to log in to the Sites, or to share information about your experience on the Sites with others, we may collect information from these third-party services. We may combine all information we collect or receive about you—online and offline—and use or disclose it in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

2. How does VIDAFY use my information? We use the information we collect about you for a variety of purposes, including: providing you with the products, services and support you request; process your transactions and ship your orders; communicate with you about your account or transactions, changes to our policies and other administrative matters, or about your questions and comments; better understand your interests to provide you with promotional information, relevant content and other materials; improve our products, services and operations, and ensure compliance with company policies, rules and laws, or as we deem necessary to protect, enforce or defend the legal rights, privacy, security or property of others. We also use this information to validate sales made by VIDAFY Entrepreneurs, to help VIDAFY Entrepreneurs search, communicate with, and validate customers in our systems, and for VIDAFY compliance purposes. may contact you directly, using various contact methods described below, for these purposes. Information about VIDAFY Entrepreneurs can be used to support, calculate and record discounts, winnings and bonuses; to issue payments and report revenue to the tax authorities; to provide training; and to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws, plans and agreements, including the Entrepreneur Agreement. We may retain your information for as long as necessary to: provide services to you; meet other legitimate business needs, such as maintaining the proper function of the sales and marketing plan; comply with our legal and compliance obligations; and resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

3. With whom does VIDAFY share my information? Entrepreneurs and partners We may share your information with our affiliates (companies that control VIDAFY, companies that VIDAFY controls and companies under mutual control), as well as with some VIDAFY Founding leaders.

Suppliers and service providers We may share your information with vendors who perform functions on our behalf. Examples of such functions include executing orders, delivering packages, performing administrative functions via email, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service.

Legal and Compliance Disclosures We may also disclose your information: • As required by law, for example, to comply with a subpoena, court or similar legal process, including disclosure to authorized third-party auditors. • When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety and the safety of others, investigate or prevent fraud, or respond to government requests.

4. How will VIDAFY communicate with me? VIDAFY may communicate with you by email, postal mail, telephone, text message, or other means, on a regular basis, to provide you with the requested products or services, or to discuss matters related to your VIDAFY business (if you are an Entrepreneur or consumer). You may also receive periodic information about VIDAFY's business, products, services and special offers, through various means of communication as described above.

5. Is my Personal Information secure? We take reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information we collect about you remains accurate, current and secure. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and, although we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or guarantee that it is completely secure.

6. How can I access or correct my Information? In some cases, you may visit one or more of our Sites to verify and update the Specific Information. If you are unable to update your information on our Sites, please contact us. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to satisfy all requests to update your information.

7. International transfers Please note that the information you provide to us or that we obtain as a result of your use of the Sites will be collected in your country and subsequently transferred to another country under applicable laws. Your use of the Sites demonstrates your consent to the processing of information as described in this Policy.

8. Cookies and tracking VIDAFY, as well as some third parties that offer content and other features on our Sites, uses cookies, beacons, session replay, screenshot, and other similar technologies for various purposes, including analyzing trends, administering the website, tracking users' movements on the Sites, and gathering demographic information about our overall user base. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored on the hard drive of computers. A cookie allows the entity that placed the cookie on your device to recognize it across different websites, services, devices, and browsing sessions. For example, we may use cookies to identify you when you return to the Sites in order to provide you with a better user experience. We may allow third parties to use cookies on the Sites, but we do not control the use or contents of third-party cookies. 9. Do not track Browsers may allow you to send "Do Not Track" requests. We do not currently take steps to respond to Do Not Track signals as there are no current industry standards on what websites should do when they receive such signals (if at all). We continue to review new technologies and will be able to adopt a standard at the time it is created.

10. Online Advertising We may display advertising on our website and partner with third parties to manage advertising on other websites for our products and services. We may also partner with third parties, including business partners, ad networks, and other advertising service providers, who collect information about you on our Sites and other sites to provide you with advertisements on the Sites and on other online sites based on your browsing history and tailored to your interests, preferences, and characteristics. Cookies or similar technologies may be used to show you advertisements based on your interests and browsing activities. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Policy. Some third parties collect information about users of our Sites to provide interest-based advertising on our Sites and on other sites, including browsers and devices. 11. Third Party Links The Sites may contain links to websites that are operated and administered by third parties over which we have no control. Any information you provide to third-party websites will be regulated under the terms of each website's privacy policy. We encourage you to investigate such policies before disclosing information to the administrators of third-party websites. We assume no responsibility for the content, actions or policies of third-party websites. The inclusion of links from third-party websites on our Sites in no way constitutes an endorsement of the content, actions or policies of such websites.

12. Third-party functionality Some of the functionality of the Sites may be provided by third parties who are not affiliated with VIDAFY. These entities may collect or receive certain information about your use of the Sites, including through the use of cookies, beacons, and similar technologies. VIDAFY is not responsible for the privacy practices of these entities. If you access third-party services, such as Facebook, Google, or Twitter, through the Sites, to log in to the Sites, or to share information about your experience on the Sites with others, these third-party services may collect information about you, including information about your activity on the Site, and may notify you of your connections to third-party services about your use of the Site, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

13. California Privacy Rights Residents of the state of California, under the California Civil Code, have the right to request from companies doing business in California a list of all third parties, if any, to whom the company has disclosed Personal Information during the previous year for direct marketing purposes (e.g., requests made in 2020 will receive information about 2019 information-sharing activities). We comply with this law by offering California residents the ability to inform us that they do not wish to share their Personal Information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. You must include the name of this Site and "California Resident" in the subject line and your full name, email address and mailing address in your message. 14. Changes to this Policy This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date detailed at the beginning. VIDAFY reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. All modifications to this Policy will be effective immediately upon your notice, which may be provided by posting the latest version on the Sites. Your subsequent use of the Sites will be deemed acceptance of such modifications. Be sure to review this Privacy Policy periodically to ensure that you are familiar with the most current version. By using the Sites following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy, you agree to such changes.
